This is my 35th consecutive Monthly Statement (35th Month) and I felt it should derive away from the conventional way I have always been writing. This particular statement marks a significant departure, aiming for a more impactful and transformative message. This is the most intense of all my monthly series with unlimited incredible power if practiced, offering profound insights and actionable wisdom. Its only going to be a recommendation standard, a guide for those seeking true growth. My 24th birthday was 6 days ago and I decided this was the perfect way to give back to the community that has supported me, sharing knowledge that has profoundly shaped my journey.

STEP 1: These are the top 11 books I recommend for every youth to read before they turn 30. These carefully selected titles are not just books; they are catalysts for change, so powerful they will drive you to get to the pinnacle of your potential. They will help you understand and forge your way out of debt, cultivate creativity and strategic thinking when you are overwhelmed by challenges and mistakes, or when you are in a mess, what the Americans call, 'DEEP SHIT'. This collection is designed to equip you with the mental fortitude and practical skills needed to navigate life's complexities. Follow this link and ensure you read these books (actually only if you want to excel and get into your sublime against all odds, truly unlocking your highest self and overcoming every barrier).

Ultimately, youth is not guarantee for innovation and age is not guarantee for efficiency. True innovation and efficiency stem from continuous learning, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, regardless of one's chronological age. It's about the mindset, not the years.

STEP 2: After you have diligently read and absorbed the wisdom from these foundational books, proceed to read these forty nine (49) additional books I personally hand pick and recommend; each one chosen for its unique ability to inspire, educate, and empower you further on your path to success and fulfilment.

STEP 3: After you are done with the three steps above, having immersed yourself in this wealth of knowledge, you should know the true purpose for your life, your dream (s), mission, vision and various other critical variables that define your existence. This comprehensive journey, I can guarantee, will fill your passion and enthusiasm jug till it is overflowing, metaphorically fill your 'fuel tank', 'service your vehicle' (your mind and spirit), and get you ready for the HIGHWAY OF LIFE with unparalleled clarity and drive. And this is regardless of your age or current circumstances. No obstacle should be able to stop you, for you will possess the tools and mindset to overcome anything. Above all, you will understand the profound power of listening to your creator, the POWER OF GOD, guiding you through this transformative process. This entire guide is dedicated to addressing all the questions I have been receiving that I haven't been able to answer on an individual to individual basis. Its basically a single answer method for all, providing a universal framework for personal development. To further illustrate the impact of these principles, I share a story written on me in a great Nigerian media house, highlighting the real-world application of these teachings.

Note that, if you don’t plant flowers, you’re always going to be pulling weeds. This analogy serves as a powerful reminder: proactive effort in cultivating what you desire is essential, otherwise, you'll be endlessly battling unwanted distractions and problems. Use this guide, these recommendations, to plant your flowers! As always, I wish you a tremendous and highly prosperous APRIL 2014. May this month bring you immense growth and success. HAPPY NEW MONTH.

Embrace the fresh start and new opportunities it brings.
