Executive Coaching

Diagnosis first. Prescription only when earned.

The work begins with hard questions about what is actually happening — not frameworks applied in advance. Engagements are selective and structured around your own stated criteria. It is essential to consider various perspectives and challenge existing assumptions to foster a deeper understanding of the situation. By doing so, one can cultivate an environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and innovation, paving the way for more effective solutions tailored to the unique complexities of each challenge.

The Method

Sessions begin with what is, not what should be.

Each engagement opens with a structured diagnostic phase — examining decisions made, patterns repeated, and assumptions never tested. No framework is introduced until the actual problem is understood.

Progress is measured against criteria the client defines at the start. The work does not end when things feel better; it ends when the stated problem is resolved.

Engagements are open to senior professionals and founders who are already operating at a high level and have a specific, articulable problem — not a general desire for growth.

Selection Criteria

Not every candidate is the right fit.

The intake process is rigorous by design. Candidates complete a written application before any conversation is scheduled. Capacity is limited and renewed selectively.

If you are looking for encouragement and accountability structures, this is the wrong engagement. If you need clear diagnosis and a disciplined path forward, proceed.

Begin the Process

Apply for a coaching engagement.

Describe the problem you are working on and what a resolved outcome looks like to you. Applications are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
