“While in Cape Town, South Africa in July 2013 with a friend, Nixion, delivering a keynote presentation on THE MILLIONAIRE MINDSET, I pointed out that to be a millionaire, you need a fair slice of tenacity and leadership, along with an unwavering commitment to continuous self-improvement. I further spoke to this great audience about a secret I learnt from Linda Hill, a Harvard professor. She said, ‘To be competitive today, you can't simply execute well, you have to be able to innovate boldly. And to get innovation, you need to create a culture of engagement and learning within your organization. And to create this vibrant culture of engagement and learning, you need three critical things; conflict that drives creativity, diversity that fosters fresh perspectives, and agility that enables rapid adaptation to change.’ Later in the half hour keynote, I illustrated how HOPE is for people who do not already possess GRACE, highlighting the importance of believing in oneself even when the odds seem insurmountable. I then indicated that ‘The only THING that stands between you and your GRACE is your FAITH.’

Take some time and watch my August 2013 Urban TV interview hosted by the great Daniel Mumbere. Tonny Rutakirwa on Urban TV http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwifeRUn6Fw&feature=c4-overview&list=UUNEvA5GEeJ9KuynQWHtcgXw It should provide you with further insight on what I truly intend to communicate and share with the world!

The GREAT Greg Evans once said, ‘I do not have superior intelligence or faultless looks. I do not captivate a room or run a mile under six minutes. I only succeeded because I was still working tirelessly after everyone else went to sleep, not giving in to fatigue or doubt.’

Keep working diligently, and keep working relentlessly, and keep working consistently towards your goal, for eventually, with persistence, you will get there. The key is to remain steadfast and focused on your goal! I like what J.C. Penny said, he reiterated the importance of having ambition when he said, ‘Give me a stock clerk with a defined goal, and I will give you a man who will undoubtedly make history. Give me a man without a goal, and I will give you a mere stock clerk who may never rise above mediocrity.’

Someone has to be successful, someone has to write the next bestseller, someone has to be number one, someone has to be the best, so why not you? As the famous poem goes, ‘You have all that the greatest of men have had; a brain filled with ideas, two hands ready to take action, and two feet ready to walk the path of success.’

I would love to summarize this month’s powerful statement into one poignant quote I have always cherished, 'Don't cut what you can untie, as patience and strategy can often lead to a better resolution than hastiness and severance.'

TAKE THIS MESSAGE TO HEART AND SET A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR THE VERY HEAVY BLESSINGS OF YOUR SEPTEMBER 2013 ONLY IF YOU PLANT YOUR SEEDS WITH INTENTION AND DETERMINATION THIS MONTH.”
