There are two categories of people. Those chasing pleasure and those running away from pain. “Will Smith in the Movie: Pursuit of Happiness said, ‘You got a dream, you gotta protect it. When people can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you, you can’t do it. If you want something, GO GET IT. Period’. In a world filled with distractions and uncertainties, this message serves as a powerful reminder of the strength that lies within us and the importance of perseverance in pursuing our dreams.

Darcy Ogandaga once wrote that, ‘Apple makes $436 million each day. That's $18 million an hour, $300,000 a minute, & $5,000 a second! Create a product or a service so you can get paid for life. Somebody called it residual income. Solve a problem and you just created a business. What did you create lately? These words highlight the immense opportunities that exist, urging us to tap into our creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to innovate and develop solutions that can benefit not just ourselves but also communities at large.

My life’s greatest HERO, Hanns Besigye – my father, always tells me, ‘An intelligent enemy is more important than a stupid friend.’ This wisdom resonates deeply, emphasizing the value of surrounding ourselves with people who challenge us and push us to grow, rather than those who simply agree with us blindly. It's through constructive criticism and differing perspectives that we often gain clarity and strength.

There will always be ‘little men’ telling you ‘how you can’t, why you can’t, and how you’re going to fail when you try.’ But if you have a dream, go after it; never let someone tell you what you can’t do. You can do whatever you believe you can do. This reaffirms the notion that belief in oneself is fundamental to overcoming obstacles and achieving success. It’s crucial to silence those negative voices, both external and internal, and to trust in our capabilities and potential.

More reason why I believe that to be a great leader, you have to own a strong sense of discernment between compliments and flattery. Not knowing the difference can be destructive. True leaders are able to sift through the noise, recognizing genuine praise that can help them and their team grow while avoiding the pitfalls of insincere flattery that can lead to complacency and misguided decisions.

This can be accentuated with Napoleon Hill’s words when he said, ‘The greatest achievement was at first, and for a time, but a dream.’ The largest tree was once a tiny seed. There was a time when Microsoft wasn't on any computers; there was a time when Michael Jordan had never scored in a basketball game. Never despise small beginnings. So stay focused, if your focus is steady, you will succeed REGARDLESS! Every great accomplishment starts with a single step, and every leader has faced challenges that seemed insurmountable. The journey may be long and arduous, but the rewards of perseverance are boundless.

I ENVISION YOU MAKING USE OF THE SECRETS HEREIN TO SHOW AUGUST 2013 WHAT YOU ARE MADE OF! Your determination and willingness to strive for greatness are what will ultimately define your path. Each step you take is a testament to your resilience and ambition, and I have no doubt that you will inspire others along the way!
