4. What worked this past year – and why? Are there specific strategies or efforts that I can replicate in 2016?
5. What didn’t work – and why? What lessons did I learn from my failures and setbacks, and how can I ensure that I don't repeat the same mistakes?
6. What do I want to take into 2016 on an inner and outer level e.g. insights, new ways of being, products, services, clients, methods, principles, tactics, strategies, contacts, relationships, priorities, etc? How can these elements support my growth?
7. What do I want to release on an inner and outer level e.g. old patterns, limiting beliefs, certain people, habits, and practices that don’t serve me? Which of these do I consciously choose to let go of?
8. What are my goals for 2016 e.g. more revenue, different or better clients, start a family, get married, greater visibility, more leverage, promotion, better job, pursuing education advancement? How can I break these down into actionable steps?
9. What kind of person do I need to be in order to create my ideal lifestyle? What attributes or mindset shifts will help me to embody that person?
10. What aspects of my business, career, relationships do I need to develop, improve, create or release, in order to align with my goals e.g. how I spend my time, focus more on income-generating activities, and develop new relationships? Which of these changes will yield the highest impact?
11. What are the simplest, most enjoyable ways to generate more income through my opportunities and where should I focus my time, resources, and energy? How can I make this process enjoyable?
12. What one thing am I going to focus on in my life over the next 30 days to get me closer to my overall goal? How will I measure my progress?
13. What kind of support do I need to achieve my goal(s) e.g. an accountability partner, a business coach, resources or tools? Who can I reach out to for this support?
14. What are my core values? How do these values inform my decisions and actions on a daily basis?
15. What would I change if I knew I would die this year? What is truly important to me, and how can I prioritize these elements in my life immediately?
