“Today is not only yesterday's tomorrow, it is also tomorrow's yesterday. There is MAGIC in taking action at the first available opportunity—even the smallest of actions can spark change. The only thing you should ever procrastinate is ANGER, as it only serves to weigh you down and cloud your judgment.

Many people only hear what they are told and see what they are shown, even feel only what is extended to them. What is often ignored is the fact that GREATNESS is birthed from the fact that you have to read between the lines, see what you are not shown and understand/ interpret what you are not told. This deeper understanding can unveil opportunities that are hidden in plain sight.

I was listening to an international bestseller discussing rumours and why people that listen to them will never reach their true level of greatness. Most people take rumour like it was gospel truth, consuming it without question. Others rely and depend on the past like it has anything to do with DESTINY. They tether themselves to their history, failing to recognize that every moment is an opportunity for reinvention. I feel sad when people listen to rumours or even look at the past with such fixation. These two variables are IRRELEVANT! Your instinct is strong enough to give you all the answers you need if you allow it to guide you. Your intuitive nudge can fill the puzzle all by itself if you trust in it. I remember when Donald Trump was heavily indebted after the Real Estate crush in Manhattan. He was approximately $10 billion in debt at that point—a staggering figure by any standard. He passed a beggar on the street one day and exclaimed, 'Can you believe that beggar is $9.2 billion richer than I am right now?'. Do you want to know how he got out of the ditch? I have your answer.
i always remember the words of Gary Patton. He said, “The mediocre leader tells. The good leader explains. The superior leader demonstrates. The great leader inspires,' with these words ringing true for anyone in a position of leadership.

The theme for this month is, ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT THING? Many times, people mine salt meters above gold but they are not usually aware of the treasure they are overlooking. All they are interested in is salt, their attention shackled to immediate gratification. Their minds are closed to possibilities and endless opportunities for growth. If you are fighting a battle or doing anything else in your life, first stop and deeply reflect, is this truly worth my time? Is this the best I can maximize out of this resource? What will happen if you don’t take action? What is the worst that can happen when you take action? This kind of introspection is essential. If you ask yourself these crucial questions, you MAY be on your way to realizing your full potential. Just like William Arthur Ward said, ‘Nothing limits achievement like small thinking; nothing expands possibilities like unleashed potential.’ Remember, fostering a growth mindset can transform your reality.

May you have a remarkable December 2013 filled with joy and opportunities, and remember, if you want to succeed, never belittle anyone's experience! Every interaction is a chance to learn and expand your horizons. Life is a continuous journey filled with lessons, and each experience is a stepping stone towards greater achievements.”
